Jana Sterbak’s work develops a reflection on the human condition through performance, sculpture, drawing and video. Since the late 70s, she is interested in all forms of power that govern human relationships: erotic, social, religious and directed the constraints that shape in the communication. Conceived as a retrospective journey from 1979 to 2003, the exhibition focused on the relationship of the individual to the universe and between individuals, metaphorically expressed by the use of electricity but also by the use of great myths classics.
